Forms required for complete registration in the Holy Angels Parish Religious Education Program:  

 
Parish Religious Education (PRE) Attendance Policy
If it’s necessary for your child to miss a class, call Theresa Durbin in advance and let her know.  If the absence is the result of the child’s illness or something that comes up after the close of business on Thursday, call Theresa on Monday and let her know.  Telling the teacher, the D.R.E., the maintenance man or the usher at church during Mass does not count.  If a child has more than three unexcused absences, he will not advance to the next grade.

K-12th Grade 2016/2017 PRE Calendar
Sacramental Information
(Sacramental Registration Packets will be distributed at the mandatory parent meeting for the sacrament.  Please see the PRE calendar for meeting dates.)

Grades 7th - 12th will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm for youth group activities.  
 
 



2017-2018 Tuition & Registration Information (Preschool—12th Grade)
All classes meet on Sunday morning from 9:30 am - 10:30am 

1. 20% tuition discount if registration is complete and tuition is paid before 3:00 Pm on July 13, 2012.

  1. The deadline for the 2017-2018 PRE Registration Discount deadline is 3:00 pm on July 6, 2017. Tuition on or before July 6, 2017 is $25 for the first child, and $5 for each remaining child in the family.  Tuition after July 6, 2017  is $30 for the first child, and $10 for each remaining child in the family

  1. 2017-2018 PRE Registration Deadline is 3:00 pm on Monday, July 24, 2017.  The only registrations that will be accepted after this deadline will be for newly registered families moving into the area.

  1. K--12th grades will begin class on Sunday, August 13, 2017. *Note: All PRE classes will be held on Sunday morning for the 2017-2018 school year. 

  1. 2017-2018 PRE Registration Packets can be found on the shelves in the foyer under the bulletin board and on the website.  A completed PRE registration form and a Medical Release Form are required each year on each student registering for PRE.  Both forms are included in the registration packet. ***Note: If your child has received a sacrament (Baptism, 1st Penance, 1st Communion, Confirmation) or has made a Profession of Faith in a Catholic Church other than Holy Angels, please attached a copy of the sacramental certificate to the registration packet.

  1. 1st Penance/1st Communion Registration Packets will be handed out and discussed with the students and their parents at the MANDATORY Parent/Student Meeting on Sunday, August 20, 2017at 9:30 a.m. in the parish hall

  1. Confirmation Registration Packets and Service hour information will be handed out and discussed with the 7th and 8th grades students and their parents at the MANDATORY Parent/Student Meeting on Sunday, August 27, 2017.  The meetings will be held in the 7th & 8th grade classrooms.

  1. Also, keep in mind the diocesan requirement that students registering for a sacrament (1st Penance, 1st Communion, Confirmation) must have attended P.R.E. here or somewhere else the prior year in order to register for the sacrament.  These students must also provide a copy of the certificate for all sacraments already received.

  1. Service Scholarship applications can be found on the PRE bulletin board in the PRE hall at the canopy entrance and on the website.

 

  1. All PRE registrations packets and sacramental class registration packets are to be turned into Mrs. Theresa Durbin in the parish office.  For your convenience, registration packets/tuition can be dropped off at the parish office, mailed to the parish office or dropped in either of the secure drop boxes provided. (1. On the wall next to the mailbox, 2. On the wall next to Theresa Durbin’s office.)
